【摘要】 网络计划技术是一种先进的组织生产和进行计划管理的科学方法 ,在工农业生产及科研工作中得到了广泛的应用。从实际应用的角度出发 ,提出了进行中网络计划技术的问题 ,并在现有网络计划技术的基础上 ,讨论了进行中网络计划技术的定义和分类 ,给出了进行中网络计划技术的计算方法和计算实例。分析与计算表明 ,该方法简便实用 ,对实际工作有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Program evaluation and review technique is a scientific method of production management and plan management. It has widely used in industry and agriculture as well as scientific research. In order to practical circumstances, we put forward to a problem of carrying out program evaluation and review technique, and discussing the definition and the classification of carrying out program evaluation and review technique on the base of present program evaluation and review technique.
