光照时间和碳源对试管薯形成的影响
EFFECTS OF PHOTOPERIOD AND CARBON SOURCES ON THE FORMATION OF MICROTUBERS OF POTATO IN VITRO
【摘要】 通过不同光照时间和不同碳源诱导试管薯 ,观察其对试管薯形成的影响。结果表明 :全黑暗条件下更利于试管薯的形成 ;以食用白糖代替蔗糖不会影响诱导微型薯的效果 ,可以降低生产成本从而提高经济效益
【Abstract】 In a study of the influence of different photoperiod and carbon source conditions on the formation of microtubers of potato, culture in the dark proved more favorable to microtuber formation and substitution of ordinary refined sugar for sucrose as the carbon source did not affect microtuber yield. Therefore, ordinary refined sugar is recommended in potato microtuber production for the purpose of reducing cost.
