【Abstract】 Natural silk fibroin was shown to be effective in controlling the release of ginkgo-derived flavone in medicine tablets. Its controlled release effect increased with fibroin concentration and decreased with flavone concentration in the tablets. The pressure parameters in the course of shaping the tablets had alittle influence on the release of the flavone.The controlled release increased with debasemene of pH and A pH of 2 was most favorable for controlled release of flavone.更多还原
