【Abstract】 The seeds of 8 soybean varieties cultivated widely in Chongqing were analyzed for their soluble protein, effusion protein, fat, soluble carbohydrate, respiratory intensity and 100-seed-weight. Taking into consideration all the above indicators, the authors recommend Heidou (black soybean) as a good variety for large-scale cultivation.更多还原
