【Abstract】 Five vegetative organs were used as explants and cultured on 11 different media.Media M6 and M9 were suitable for the growth of side-buds and callus induction from the subcutaneous tissue and for the growth of the main buds and callus induction from the basilar tissue,respectively.Medium M2 was suitable for the differentiation and growth of budlets,which appeared to be the best inoculant material.更多还原
