【摘要】 当前劳动力过剩已经成为阻碍我国铁路运输业进一步发展的重要因素。利用测度相对效率的ＤＥＡ方法，定量分析了我国铁路运输劳动力资源的合理规模。目前我国铁路运输业劳动力资源规模应为１４０～１６８万人。并对劳动力冗员问题的解决提出了相应的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, human resources surplus becomes a very serious problem for the railway transportation industry in China. In this paper, the rational scale of human resources for the railway transportation industry in China is analyzed quantitatively. The results indicate that the rational scale is 1. 40 millions to 1. 68 millions. Some suggestions are put forward to reduce the surplus.更多还原
