【摘要】 应用电镜和免疫金电镜技术对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒的中国分离株进行了形态学研究。该病毒粒子直径约 5 5nm ,多数呈球形 ,有囊膜 ,但在其囊膜上没有发现纤突结构。在病毒粒子中央部可观察到拟核 (核衣壳 ) ,其直径约为 4 0nm。在宿主细胞浆的空泡膜及滑面内质网小池膜上“出芽” ,成熟的病毒粒子多蓄积在空泡腔内。病毒增殖数量与其适应宿主细胞程度有密切关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morphology of the Chinese isolated strain of PRRSV was studied by electron microscopy and immunogold electron microscopy.The virus particle′s diameter was about 55 nm.Most of them were spherical,and had envelope,but spikes couldn′t be observed on the envelope.The nucleoid (nucleocapsid) could be observed in the center of virus particles,and the diameter was about 40 nm.The virus particles were budding on vacuolar membrane and cistern membrane of smooth endoplasmic reticulum of the host cytoplasm,most of the mature virus particles located in the vacuolar cavity.The multiplied quantity and speed of virus and their adaptation on host cell had close correlation.更多还原
