Twenty native goats,6 months old,were pastured for 12 months in Baotou area severely polluted by industrial fluoride to study the effect of fluoride on the tooth matrix under condition of malnutrition.The first pairs of incisors,highly fluorosed teeth,were decalcified for histopathological examination.The results showed the matrix of the incisors was severely damaged.Compared with normal matrix in which enamel part was dense,and dentin part presented good net structure,matrix of fluorosed incisors appeared...
