【摘要】 本试验对 10 0只 3日龄雏鸡用人工口服感染Ⅷ型腺病毒建立了鸡包涵体肝炎 (Inclusionbodyhepytitis IBH)模型后以免疫金银法进行免疫组织化学动态研究。结果表明 ,该病毒对鸡的肝脏、胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏、小肠、肾脏、胰腺等脏器的上皮细胞、淋巴细胞、血管内皮细胞 ,窦内皮细胞及红细胞等均具有亲嗜性 ,以肝脏、法氏囊、肾脏最为明显。此外 ,多数组织在接种 12h～ 2d及 9d～ 11d细胞核内两次出现胶体金颗粒 ,其形态表现为粗大颗粒及微细颗粒两种。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immunohistochemical dynamic changes of inclusion body hepatitis (IBH) were studied following the oral administration of a serotype 8 strain of avian adenovirus into 3 day old chickens.The results showed that the adenovirus had an affinity to the epithelia,lymphocytes,the blood vessel and sinus endothelium and erythrocytes in the livers,thymuses,bursas,spleens,intestines,kidneys and pancreases.In addition,during 12 h 2days,9 days 11 days post inoculation(pi),the nuclei of most organs were positive twice.The positive particles in the nuclei have two kinds of appearances:large and fine particular.更多还原
