湿地松针叶挥发油化学成分研究

【摘要】 采用常压水蒸气蒸馏法提取了湿地松针叶挥发油 ,得油率为 0 .2 2~ 0 .5 0 %。GC、IR、NMR、GC -MS等方法对该精油进行了定性定量分析。在分出的 36个色谱峰中共鉴定出 33个化合物 ,占该精油总量的 99.79%。其中含有α -蒎烯、△3 -蒈烯 ,γ -松油烯、乙酸龙脑酯、乙酸萜品酯及长叶烯等 ,含量最多的成分是 β -蒎烯 (36 .5 % )

【Abstract】 The volatile oil of needle leaves of Pinus elliottii Engelm was produced by general steam distillation with 0.22~ 0.50% oil yield. The volatile oil with relative density (20°/4℃)0.8824, refractive index (20℃)1.4878 also have been determined by classical way. Chemical constituents of volatile oil analyzed by GC, GC/MS/DS, IR, NMR and other methods are reported, 33 components have been identified. The principle constituents of the volatile oil were β-pinene (36.5%), α-pinene, △ 3 -carene, γ-terpinene, bornyl acetate, terpinyl acetate, longifolene etc. The total content of the above 33 compounds is 99.79% of the volatile oil.
