性激素缺乏对大鼠骨折愈合的影响

【摘要】 目的 :初步探讨性激素缺乏对骨折后大鼠骨折愈合的影响。方法:采用 6 4只 3月龄 Wistar大鼠 ,通过切除性腺后立即行右胫骨人造骨折手术 ,建立雌雄大鼠的骨折模型 ,分别于术后 2、4、6、8周处死大鼠 ,取材行各项指标测定。结果 :(1)在术后不同时间组之间血钙 (F =9.12 ,P <0 .0 0 5 )、血镁 (F =3.46 ,P <0 .0 5 )和 AKP值(F =6 .7,P <0 .0 0 5 )有显著性差异。 (2 )在去势组与非去势组之间股骨近端 (F =6 .2 9,P <0 .0 5 )、胫骨骨折区(F =6 .0 3,P <0 .0 5 ) BMD均有显著性差异 ,去势组 BMD相对较低。大鼠胫骨骨折区 BMD值在骨折后不同时期(F =17.5 4,P <0 .0 0 5 )有显著性差异 ,随着术后时间的增加 BMD值逐渐增加。(3)放射学检查显示非去势组骨痂和股骨近端骨密度较去势组高。 (4 )组织学检查显示去势大鼠的骨痂骨密度低 ,局部及周围骨质疏松化 ,骨痂编织骨化、板层化延迟。 结论 :性激素缺乏会导致骨形成吸收偶联失衡 ,从而影响骨折愈合

【Abstract】 Objective: The experiment was to study the influence of sex hormone deficiency on fracture healing. Methods: Sixty four mature wistar rats were immediately performed for the operation of artificial fracture model in right tibia of the rats. Before that, sex hormone deficiency model had been established by the operation of castration. They were divided into 4 groups, i.e.A,B,C,D. The rats should be killed after operation during two, four, six, eight weeks respectively. We took the blood and bone samples to carry on examination. Results: (1)There were statistical difference of serum calcium (F=19.12, P< 0.005) , serum magnesium (F=3.46, P<0.05) and AKP (F=6.7, P<0.005) among different periodical groups as well. (2) BMD of both proximal femur (F=6.29, P<0.05) and fracture region (F= 6.03 , P<0.05) showed significant change between A, C and B, D. BMD of fracture region of right tibia had statistical change among various periodical groups (F=17.54, P<0.005). The longer was the postoperative time, the lower was the BMD value. (3) Radiographic examination indicated that BMD of healing callus of the A, C were higher than that of the B, D. (4) Histologic examination indicated BMD of healing callus of the B, D was lower, osseous substance of fracture region was osteoporosis and ossification of healing callus of woven and lamellar bone was postponed. Conclusion: Deficiency of sex hormone may lead to imbalance between bone absorption and osteosis, therefore affecting the process of fracture healing and BMD of fracture region.
