【摘要】 利用双波长紫外分光光度法 ,对乙酰苯胺和对羟基乙酰苯胺有机混合样品进行了分析。在所建立的分析方法条件下 ,定量分析快速 ,灵敏 (ε =2 0 0 0～ 6 0 0 0 ) ,同时可在同一浓度下测定二组分浓度。对标准混合样的测定 ,其相对误差不超过计划 1 0 % ,对实际样品的测定也取得了令人满意的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The organic samples of P-Acetamidophenol and acetanilide with UV- Spectrophotometry in two different wavelengths are analyzed in the paper.The method are rapid ,sensitive, and it is simultaneous determination of P-acetamidophenol and acetanilide in organic samples. Their relative errors are not more than 10% when the standard samples are analysed .The propose method has been applied to the determination of practical samples satisfactory results have been got,too.更多还原
