硝基苯催化加氢制对氨基苯酚的Pt/c催化研究
Research on the Processes of p-aminophenol through Catalytic Hydrogenation of Nitrobenzene
【摘要】 以硝基苯为原料 ,在 1 5 %的硫酸条件下 ,以w(Pt) =1 0 %的Pt c为催化剂进行非匀相催化加氢。利用产物在酸性条件下转位制得对氨基苯酚 ;同时有副产品苯胺生成。本文对于Pt c催化剂在不同温度 ,反应时间长短 ,催化剂寿命进行了研究 ,并得出结论 :温度在 90℃ ,反应时间 3个小时转化率最高达 37.46%选择性在 80 % ;催化剂连续使用 4次仍然具有良好的活性及选择性
【Abstract】 In the solution of 15% sulfuric acid and using nitrobenzene as raw material,after putting W(Pt)=10% catalyst in it,we conduct the heterogenous catalytic hydrogenation.In the acid condition,the p-aminophnol is resulted. At the same time we also obtain the side product-aniline. Furthermore ,we study the life of Pt/c catalyst in the different temperature and didferent period of reaction time,then we come to the conclusion.the rate of conversion of nitrobenzene is about 30% to 40 %, and the selectivity of PAP is about 80%. The Pt/c catalyst has been reused for 4 times without any changes in the yield and selectivity.
