【摘要】 新疆乡镇企业发展水平与全国平均水平相比存在较大差距 ,严重影响农村经济的发展。本研究从定性和定量的角度 ,找出了影响新疆乡镇企业发展的基础设施差、市场观念落后、管理体制不完善、区域经济发展不平衡和人才缺乏等制约因素 ,根据本地的资源优势及国家实施西部大开发战略等有利条件 ,提出了产业结构调整、吸引人才、开发资源、发展特色产业和促进乡镇企业参与农业产业化经营等推进新疆乡镇企业发展的对策措施更多还原

【Abstract】 Unique and resources in Xinjiang are especially suitable for the further development of township enterprises.It is a common view that township enterprises are mainstay of rural economy.Xinjiang is located in the western part of China,and the gap of township enterprises between Xinjiang and China overall is large.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,this study finds out many factors which have restricted the development of township enterproses in Xinjiang,such as poor infrastructure,lack of market oriented concept,imperfect management system,unbalanced development of regional economy,and lack of talents.Based on these analysis,countermeasures have been put forward,which include restructuring,development of human resources,development of characteristic industry,and participation in agricultural industrialization.更多还原
