【摘要】 应用特异性免疫学原理 ,采用琼脂双向免疫扩散方法 ,以兔抗牛IgG检测牛初乳中IgG ,根据检品IgG最大稀释度与已知标准牛IgG最大稀释度之比 ,计算出牛初乳中IgG含量。此方法批内变异系数为 0～ 2 2 .2 % ,批间变异系数为 1 8.8% ,加标回收率为 87.5 %。方法特异性强 ,具有准确、简便、费用低等优点 ,适于基层检测单位和企业运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study applied specific immunology theory detected IgG level in bovine colostrums by rabbit-anti-ox IgG with agar double immunodiffuson.According the radio between the maxium IgG dilution of sample and standard bovine IgG’s computed IgG level in bovine colostrums. The coefficient of variation in group of this method is 0～22.2% while the coefficient of variaton among groups is 18.8% .The collect rate added standard is 87.5%.The method has many merites such as high speificity,accurate,facilited,cheap and so on.So it is suited to use in grass -roots unit and exterprise.更多还原
