【摘要】 网络教学传播活动中 ,教育信息主要依靠网络课程来储存和传递 ,教学质量很难监控。依据任务驱动式的绩效评价目标管理原则 ,结合网络课程的教学目标 ,采用德尔菲 (Delphi)评价指标获取法 ,逐步分解至具体可测的子目标群 ,从而获得网络课程绩效评价指标 ;再运用教育统计无量纲频率作为衡量权重分布特征的指标 ,进行实验统计处理 ,得出各指标相应的权重值 ;由此构建一套科学的网络课程绩效评价指标体系 ,用于提高网络课程教学质量 ,引导网络教学的正确发展方向更多还原

【Abstract】 The education message depends principally on network course to deposit and transfer during network teaching transmitting, it is difficult to control the quality of the instruction. This thesis proposed a method to develop a performance evaluation system. First, acquire the performance evaluate indicator of network course by Delphi method and the combination of its teaching goal, and then figure out the weighing value of each indicator. The system can be used to improve the quality of network instruction and direct the developing of network teaching.更多还原
