【摘要】 目的　了解临床医学专业高、低年级医学生对社区医学的认知情况 ,以便加大力度开展社区医学教育。方法　采用整群随机抽样方法 ,对徐州医学院临床医学专业高、低年级学生进行社区医学认知调查。　结果　认为社区医学以防治保康等并重的 ,高年级医学生占 88.1% ,低年级医学生占 60 .6% ;以临床为主的和以预防保健为主的 ,高年级医学生占 11.9% ,低年级医学生占 39.4%。 94.6%的高年级学生认为社区医学可以适应医学模式转变 ,67.7%的高年级医学生了解医学模式转变 ,高、低年级医学生均认为我国应加强社区医学教育。　结论　结合临床医学生的总体认知和我国目前医学教育情况 ,应大力开展社区医学研究 ,搞好社区医学教育 ,培养社区医学人才更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the cognizance of students major in clinical medicine on community medicine so as to develop community medicine education.Methods An investigation on the cognizance of the high-grade and the low-grade students in clinical medicine about community medicine in The Xuzhou Medical College.Results 88.1%of the high grade srudents believed that prevention cure protection and recovery should be paid equal attention to in community medicine,and 60.6% of the low grade believed so.11.9% of the high grade believed that clinic,prevention and protection should be given priority to,and 39.4% of the low grade believed so.94.6% of the high grade believed that community medicine can adapt the change of medical model,67.7%of the high grade knew the change of medical model.They all thought that community medicine education should be enhanced in China.Conclusion Combining overall cognizance of all the students and the current situation of Chinese medical education,we should energetically develop the study of community medicine,do community medicine.education well,train persormel with ability in community medicine.更多还原
