【摘要】 目的　分析深圳福田区中小学生健康状况的变化。方法　对该区 6所监测点中小学 1 997～ 1 999年学生体检资料进行对比分析。结果　中学生健康问题明显多于小学生 ,3年间中学生视力不良、龋齿、肥胖以及小学生的营养不良和肥胖患病率均有不同程度上升(P <0 .0 0 5) ,小学生龋齿患病率 1 998年上升 ,1 999年下降 ,中小学生的沙眼患病率均明显降低 (P <0 .0 0 5)。中学女生视力不良和龋患率高于男生 ,小学女生龋患率高于男生 (P <0 .0 0 5)。结论　中小学生健康状况尚存在许多问题。减轻学习负担 ,加强健康教育有助于提高中小学生健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the change in health status of primary and middle school students in Futian district. Methods Data on health status of students were collected in 6 monitored primary and middle schools between 1997 and 1999. Results Middle school students had more health problems than primary school students. The prevalence rates of myopia, caries, obesity among middle school students and the prevalence of malnutrition and obesity among primary school students increased markedly during the three years. The prevalence rate of caries increased in 1998, then decreased in 1999 among primary school students. Both primary school and middle school students showed a decreasing prevalence rate of trachoma. Middle school girl students had higher prevalence rates of myopia and caries than boy students. Girls had higher prevalence rate of caries than boys in monitored primary schools. Conclusions Much more health problems are found among middle school students than among primary school students, lightening students’ study burden and strengthening health education may help them to improve their health status.更多还原
