【Abstract】 Cyclin D1 is one of the key regulators of G1 phase in the cell cycle.lts amplification and overexpression have been reported in a va_riety of tumors. The nuclear Ki 67 antigen is considered as an objective marker of proliferative activity in tumors. Many scientists think that the exp_ression of Cyclin D1 and Ki 67 is closely associated with the histological grade,tumor grade and the prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).The expression of Cyclin D1 and Ki 67 may be applicated as optimum treatment selection, radiosensitivity prediction and prognosis evaluation. However, there are some scientists who disagree these viewpoints. The relationship and significance between NPC and Cyclin D1 and Ki 67 is mainly discussed in this review.更多还原
