【摘要】 [目的]探讨多学科综合治疗对手术切除不完全的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的生存影响。[方法]分析73例手术切除不完全的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者(Ⅲ A51例 ,Ⅲ B21例)的远期疗效 ,比较术后化疗(A组)、放疗(B组)或化放疗联合(C组)对生存期的影响。[结果]中位生存期和1年、2年、3年生存率如下 ,全组:15.2个月和61.1 % ,19.6% ,12.6% ;A组 :14.4个月和69.6% ,21.7% ,8.7 % ;B组 :12.0个月和46.2% ,7.7% ,3.8% ;C组 :18.5个月和73.9% ,34.8% ,17.4%。[结论]术后化疗和术后化放疗组的生存率明显较术后单纯放疗者高(P<0.05) ,但术后化放疗组和术后化疗组间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。[结论]化疗参与局部晚期肺癌的治疗是有益的 ,其与放疗联合可能作用更明显更多还原

【Abstract】 To evaluate the effect on survival in patients with stage Ⅲ incompletely resected non small cell lung cancer by multimodality therapy.Seventy_three patients with stage Ⅲ(ⅢA51 cases,ⅢB21 cases)incompletely resected non small cell lung cancer were analyzed.The effect on survival were compared by different treatments(group A=postoperative chemotherapy;group B=postoperative radiotherapy;group C=post_operative chemotherapy plus radiotherapy).Median survival and 1_year,2_year,3_year survival rates were as follows:The whole group:15.2 months and 61.1%,19.6%,12.6%;group A:14.4 months and 69.6%,21.7%,8.7%;group B:12.0 months and 46.2%,7.7%,3.8%;group C:18.5 months and 73.9%,34.8%,17.4%,respectively.[Conclusion]The survival of both the postoperative chemotherapy group and the postoperative chemotherapy plus radiotherapy group is significantly longer than those of the postoperative radiotherapy alone group(P<0.05),but no significant difference between the postoperative chemotherapy group and the postoperative chemotherapy plus radiotherapy group(P>0.05)for patients with stage Ⅲ incompletely resected non small cell lung cancer.更多还原
