【Abstract】 Objective To study the singificance of fibergastroscope examining portal hypertension.Method Used the electrical fibergastroscope,241 patients with the cirrhotic liver were observed.Results The position,type,extent of variceal veins,the association with gastric mucosa lesion,peptic ulcer and the change of before and after the operations were found out.Conclusions Fibergastroscope is of very important significance for diagnosis,differential diagosis,treatment and prognosis judgement of portal hypertension.更多还原
