【Abstract】 Total reflection X ray fluorescence analysis is a novel technique.It is rapid developed in recent years because of its high speed,high sensitivity and multi element simultaneous analysis.In this paper,the principal,structure and application of TXRF spectrometer set up by our lab are introduced.更多还原
