【Abstract】 The factors which influence the time resolution of the time correlation single photon counting fluorospectrometer are discussed in this paper. The method to measure the instrument’s time resolution is also discussed, and the time resolution of three typical fluorospectrometer designed or adjusted by us is given according to the method.
