【摘要】 目的 :通过评估掌握消除碘缺乏病 (IDD)工作的现状 ,评估防治效果 ,制订防治策略。方法 :抽检 8～ 10岁学生的甲肿率、尿碘、盐碘和考核组织建设、碘盐管理、健康教育。结果 :全民普食碘盐覆盖率达 98.75 % ,碘盐加工、零售、居民食用合格率分别为 10 0 %、10 0 %、98.75 %。调查人群尿碘中位数为 30 3ug/ L,甲状腺肿大率 :触诊法 2 .7% ,B超法为 2 .9% ,健康教育问卷 IDD防治知识及格率 10 0 %。结论 :实施以食盐加碘为主的综合防治措施 ,开展全方位的监督监测管理碘盐市场 ,保证全民普食合格的碘盐是消除 IDD成功的经验更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the status of IDD elimination,assess the prevention and cure effect,and to work out preventive strategies.Methods:Examining the thyromegaly,urine iodine,iodine salt among 8~10 years old students,and inspect the effect of organization construction,iodine salt management and health education.Results:The universal rate of civil eating iodine salt is 98 75%.The eligible rate of iodine salt process is 100%,retail 100% and resident eating 98 75% respectively.The median of urine iodine content of the surveyed population is 303μg/L.The thyromegaly rate is 2 7% by palpation,2 9% by B ultrasound.The passing rate for the health education questionnaire of IDD prevention and cure knowledge is 100%.Conclusion:The experience of IDD elimination by comprehensive prevention and cure measures of adding iodine into salt,developing all round surveillance and supervision over iodine salt market,and guaranteeing the civilian to eat eligible iodine salt is successful and continuable.更多还原
