【摘要】 目的 :了解本地区未婚青年性知识与性行为状况。方法 :对 330 7名 15～ 2 2岁未婚男女进行了问卷调查。结果 :调查对象有一定的性、避孕及性病知识 ,但不足 ;分性别、分城乡人口、以及分在校学生和其他职业进行比较 ,性、避孕及性病知识均有一定差别。调查人群中 11.6 1%回答有过婚前性行为 (其中已恋爱者达 37.43% ) ,10 .41%的未婚女青年至少有过一次人工流产。结论 :全社会应关心未婚青年的生殖健康 ,并根据他们的特点开展各种教育和服务项目更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To get to know the sex related knowledge and behaviour of the unmarried youths in Chengdu.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 3307 subjects aged 15~22.Results:The subjects had some knowledge on sex,contraception and STDs but not sufficient;there were differences between male vs.female,urban vs.rural and at school students vs.other occupations in terms of the sex related knowledge and behaviour of the unmarried youths.11 61% of the subjects reported that they had premarital sex history(this rate was 37 43% for the dating subjects).10 41% of the female subjects had ever had at least one abortion history.Conclusion:The society should pay attention to the reproductive health matters of the unmarried youths,and different education and service programs should be developed out for them.更多还原
