【摘要】 目的 :了解幼儿园集体儿童手足口病的发病情况 ,以控制手足口病的流行。方法 :对 1999年上海市闵行区 6家幼儿园集体儿童手足口病的发病率进行对比分析。结果 :6家幼儿园手足口病的发病率为 0 .36～ 2 .6 7% ,2～岁和 3～岁年龄组幼儿的发病率较高 ,北片幼儿园的发病率显著高于其他幼儿园的发病率。结论 :普及手足口病防治知识 ,采取预防措施对降低手足口病的发病率是十分重要的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Finding epidemic status for hand,food and mouth disease of collective children in kindergartens to control the epidemic of such disease.Methods:To investigate epidemic status for hand,foot and mouth disease of collective children in six kindergartens of Shanghai Minhang during 1999 and analyze its incidence in spring and summer.Results:The incidences of hand,foot and mouth disease in six kindergartens were among 0 36%～2 67%.The incidence of children in 2~year and 3~year age group was higher than that of other age groups.The incidence of hand,foot and mouth disease in kindergartens in north of Minhang was higher than that of other kindergartens and the difference was significant.Conclusion:Spreading preventive knowledge of hand,foot and mouth disease and taking preventive measures are very important for reducing the incidence of the disease.更多还原
