【摘要】 1998年 7月 ,四川省汶川县发生一起以恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻为主要临床症状的集体性食物中毒 ,进餐 2 40人 ,发病 87人 ,罹患率 36 .3%。经流行病学等调查和实验室检验证实 ,该起食物中毒由产志贺样毒素侵袭力的大肠埃希氏菌 (ESIEC)污染凉拌菜所致。 ESIEC引起食物中毒在国内尚属首次。更多还原

【Abstract】 A food poisoning case happened at wenchuan county of sichuan province in July 1998.The clinical symptoms were nauseated,vomitus,abdominalgia and diarrhea.The attack rate was 36 3% for there were 87 people onset among 240 ones.By means of epidemiological investigation and laboratory examination,it was verified the food poisoning case was caused by the contamination of tossed salad.The tossed salad was polluted by enteric shigelloid toxin producing and invasive escherichia coli.It was the first time in our country that the food poisoning caused by ESIEC was discovered.更多还原
