【摘要】 目的 :了解急诊创伤的病例分布特点 ,对致伤原因、创伤部位及创伤评分进行分析。方法 :对 1999年 3月 2 4日～ 4月 2 3日就诊的急诊机械性创伤患者进行调查。对创伤程度根据 AIS85 (损伤严重度评分 )及 ISS(简明损伤标准 )评分。结果 :男女之间的创伤构成比有显著性差异 (χ2 =2 8.17,P<0 .0 5 )。创伤高峰年龄男女均为 15～ 45岁之间。以暴力伤、车祸伤和冷兵器伤占前 3位 ,占伤因分类的 75 .6 8%。男性以暴力伤所占比例最多 ,为 19.14% ,女性以车祸伤最高 ,占10 .81%。男女受伤原因存在差异 (χ2 =2 8.19,P<0 .0 5 )。受伤部位以头颈部、四肢为主 ,占 89.0 8% ,受伤评分重度 (AIS≥ 3)以上的以头颈部、胸背部、上肢为最高 ,分别为 38.5 6 %、 30 .30 %、 15 .5 9%。不同文化程度及各职业间男女创伤构成比均有显著性差异 ,以工人及农业劳动者、高中、初中文化程度的创伤所占比例最高。结论 :加强文化教育 ,加强劳动保护 ,对预防创伤的发生有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the distribution of emergency treatment traumatic patients,the cause of traumatism,the parts of traumatism and the degree of injury have been analyzed.Methods:We investigated the patients who were emergency treatment traumatic patients and went to hospital from march 24,1999 to april 23,1999 with questionnaire and evaluated the injury degree with AIS 85 and ISS scale.Results:The traumatism occurrence difference between men and women is significant( χ 2=28 17,P< 0 05).The risk age is from 15 to 45 in this group including men and women.The three proceeding causes of traumatism respectively are violent injury,traffic accident and cold edge tool such as reamer.The three causes of traumatism are 75 68%.The violent injury is the major cause in male(19 14%),and the major cause in female is traffic accident(10 81%).The difference of cause of traumatism is significant( χ 2=28 19,P<0 05).The major traumatic parts of body are head,neck,and extremities(89 08%).The parts of severe traumatism(AIS≥3) respectively are head and neck(38 56%),chest(30 30%) and upper limbs(15 59%).In this group,the ratio of workers and countrymen is the highest.And the traumatic ratio of the people whose culture degrees are senior high school or junior high school is the highest in our study.Conclusion:It is significative for preventing traumatism to enhance education of culture and the consciousness of the safety in population.更多还原
