相容剂对PBT/PC共混体系性能的改进

【摘要】 用DSC方法测试了PBT/PC(50/50,质量份)及经过相容剂(为PS接枝橡胶)处理的共混物,研究了相容剂用量对共混体系力学性能的影响。结果表明:相容剂的加入可使共混物中PBT的熔点、熔融焓、结晶温度都分别比纯PBT有所降低,熔体流动速率和热变形温度有所下降。采用相容剂提高了PBT/PC共混体系两相间的相容性,改善了PBT的冲击性能,相容剂用量为15质量份时冲击强度达到最大值。

【Abstract】 By using DSC instrument, the properties of the PBT/PC(50/50) binary blends with rubber grafted PS as compatibilizer were evaluated. Effects of compatibilizer content on the mechanical property of the blends were studied. Results showed the addition of compatibilizer led to lower value of Tm, △Hm, Tmc, MFR and HDT for PBT in the blends than that for virgin PBT. Compatibilizer in PBT/PC blends enhanced the compatibility between two phases, so the impact strength of PBT was greatly improved. When compatibilizer content was 15 phr,the impact strength of PBT reached peak value.
