微波法合成淀粉-丙烯酸接枝高吸水性树脂

【摘要】 研究了微波法合成淀粉-丙烯酸接枝共聚物高吸水性树脂的工艺,讨论了糊化温度、碱液用量、单体/淀粉质量比、丙烯酸中和度及引发剂用量等对树脂吸水性的影响,探讨了其作用机理,确定了淀粉接枝丙烯酸的最佳工艺条件:微波功率360W,辐射时间100s,丙烯酸中和度80%,淀粉糊化温度45℃,碱液用量90mL,单体/淀粉质量比2.6,合成的树脂吸水率达558g/g。

【Abstract】 Starch grafted acrylic acid resin with high water absorbent capacity was synthesized by microwave radiation. The process of microwave radiation was investigated. Factors that affect water absorption of the grafted resin and their working mechanism in polymerization were discussed respectively, including paste-like temperature, usage of alkali, weight ratio of monomer/starch, neutralization ratio of acrylic acid and initiator usage etc. Best conditions for microwave-radiated polymerizatiom are as follows: power of microwave was 360w; time of radiation was 100s;neutralization ratio of acrylic acid was 80% ; paste-like temperature of starch was 45℃ ; volume of alkali was 90ml; weight ratio of monomer/starch was 2.6; water absorption of the resulted resin reached 558g/g.
