【摘要】 目的　总结髁状突颈部骨折的临床特点 ,探讨其治疗方法的选择。方法　对 2 5年来 72例髁状突颈部骨折患者临床资料进行分析 ,并对手术疗法和保守疗法的疗效进行比较。结果　手术疗法 16例 ,开口度改善10 0 % ,咬合关系改善 93.8% ;保守疗法 48例 ,开口度改善 76 .9% ,咬合关系改善 94.8%。结论　手术疗法适用于骨折段移位显著伴严重功能障碍的陈旧性骨折患者 ,配合术后开口训练可获得理想效果。保守疗法适用于骨折段移位不明显和儿童髁状突颈部骨折 ,可有效纠正 1个月内骨折患者各种类型的咬合紊乱更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical characters of condylar neck fractures,and discuss the indications of surgical and non-surgical managements.Methods 72 patients with condylar neck fractures were reviewed retrospectively.The curative effects between the patients with surgical managements(16/72)and those with conservative treatments(48/72)were compared.Results In surgical cases,all improved their open bites.Conclusion Surgical mannagement adapts well to the patients with severe dysfunction and displacement.Children presenting with condylar fractures and those with slight dislocations can be treated with conservative method.更多还原
