【摘要】 目的　比较局部应用 2 5%甲硝唑牙科用凝胶剂 (依俐周 )辅助龈下刮治与单纯龈下刮治 ,治疗深牙周袋的疗效。方法　 1 8例中、重度成人牙周炎患者 ,选择其左右侧对应牙 ,牙周袋探诊深度 (ProbingDepth ,PD)≥7mm但≤ 1 0mm ,且探诊出血的位点 ,进行随机、单盲、对照试验。 0天时试验牙接受龈下刮治及依俐周局部用药 ,对照牙只接受龈下刮治。于基线、治疗后 2 1天、91天时 ,进行PD和探诊后出血 (BleedingOnProbing ,BOP)及龈下菌斑涂片检查。结果　依俐周局部用药部位 ,其PD在治疗后 91天 ,改善了 2 .91mm ,明显大于对照组改善值1 .83mm。治疗后 2 1天 ,试验组BOP由基线时的 1 0 0 .0 %降至 86.4 % ,而对照组BOP无明显改善。治疗后 2 1天试验组龈下菌斑中螺旋体的百分率由基线之 2 4 .1 %降至 6.2 % ,而对照组无显著变化。结论　局部应用 2 5%甲硝唑牙科用凝胶辅助龈下刮治治疗深牙周袋 ,可获得较好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the topical application of a metronidazole 25% dental gel after subgingival scaling with subgingival scaling alone.Methods 18 adult patients who had at least 7mm of PD and BOP positive on the symmetric quadrant participated in this randomised study with split-mouth design.Probing depths (PD),bleeding on probing (BOP) and subgingival plaque microscopy were examined before and 21,91 days after the end of the treatment.Results The statistical analyses showed that on day 91 the mean reduction in PD was 2.91mm after gel treatment,obviously better than 1.83mm after subgingival scaling alone.On day 21,BOP of the gel treatment group reduced from 100.0% to 86.4%,no significant change of BOP in the other group.Subgingival plaque microscopy showed a shift towards a more healthy microflora in the gel group.Conclusion Combination of topical application of a metronidazole 25% dental gel with subgingival scaling could be more effective in the treatment of deep periodontal pockets.更多还原
