【摘要】 目的　对口腔颌面部创伤患者进行临床统计及回顾。方法　对天津医科大学口腔医院 1989～ 1999年 10月住院的 387例颌面部损伤病例进行回顾。结果　口腔颌面部创伤高发年龄在 2 1～ 49岁 ,其发病率占发病总人数的 78.81% ,男 :女 =3.2 :1。在发病原因中以交通事故居首位 ,其中又以机动车所致伤害最多见。结论　机动车致伤是颌面部损伤的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The cases of maxillofacial injuries in stomatological hospital were analysed.Methods A ten-year review (1989～1999) of maxillofacial injuries in Tianjin Medical University Stomatological Hospital was statisitically analysed with respect to sex ,age,cause,site and degree of injuries and complication.Results The most prevalent cases of maxillofacial injuries happened to people whose age ranged from 21 to 49,and there were more male patients than female,with the ratio of male to female 3.2:1.The leading cause of injuries was traffic accidents.Motor vehicles accounted for most of the causes,and resulted in severe consequences.Mandible fracture was more commonly seen.There was a higher incidence of fracture in the body of mandible.Conclusion The accident caused by motor vehicles was the major cause of maxillofacial injuries.更多还原
