【摘要】 目的　探讨大鼠孕期低钙饲养对仔鼠下颌骨发育的影响。方法　实验组大鼠孕期低钙饲养 (0 .0 3%Ca2 + ) ,用光电镜观察刚出生仔鼠和断乳期幼鼠下颌骨发育状况。结果　实验组下颌骨生长发育迟缓 ,软骨细胞和骨细胞超微结构异常。结论　孕鼠低钙饲养能导致幼鼠下颌生长发育迟缓。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of mandibulae development in fetuses and infants,during pregnancy of rat with low calcium intake.Methods 8 pregnants rats were control group.16 pregnants ras were experimental group,Which received 0.03% calcium diet.The development of mandible of newborn and at end of lactation rats,was observed with light and electron microscopy.Results The development of mandble was slow on a low calcium diet at birth and end of lactation rat of expermental group,the ultrastructure of chondracytes and bone cells were abnormal.Conclusion The growth and development of the mandibular bone of the fetuses were retarded.更多还原
