【摘要】 目的　评价应用改良下颌角外侧骨板矢状劈开去骨术矫治中轻度下颌角嚼肌肥大畸形的临床治疗效果。方法　应用改良下颌角外侧骨板矢状劈开截骨术矫治 2 2例中轻度下颌角嚼肌肥大畸形 ,通过X线头影测量及面像分析观察疗效。结果　术后面下部宽度明显减小 ,下颌平面角轻度增大 ,接近于正常美貌人群 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　改良下颌角外侧骨板矢状劈开截骨术是矫治中轻度下颌角嚼肌肥大畸形的有效方法 ,避免了第二下颌角的出现 ,有利于保持面部侧貌形态更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of the angle-splitting ostectomy for the treatment of the mild or moderate enlarged mandibular angle with masseter musle hypertrophy.Methods The result of twenty-two patients with mild or moderate enlarged mandibular angle with masseter musle hyper-trophy that underwent angle-splitting ostectomy were evaluated by using cephalometrics and facial feature analysis.Results Preoperative and postoperative cephalometrics showed that the width of lower face was efficiently reduced,mandibular angle slightly increased,approximate to normal people.Conclusion Angle-splitting ostectomy is an effctive method for the treatment of the mild or moderate enlared mandibular angle with masseter musle hypertrophy,avoiding to the second mandibular angle,producing a natural lateral facial profile.更多还原
