咬合力增强对大鼠磨牙PDL bFGF表达的影响
Effect of increased bite force on the expression of bFGF in Rat molar periodontal ligament
【摘要】 目的 研究咬合力增强后大鼠磨牙牙周膜内bFGF表达的动态变化。方法 在用拔牙法建立的大鼠动物模型上 ,用免疫组织化学法。结果 咬合力增强组在 1天时PDL细胞胞浆着色明显增强 ,2天、3天及 1周组胞浆着色强度同 1天时类似 ,均明显强于正常咬合力组 ,有显著差异 ;第 2周以后PDL整体染色强度明显下降 ,与正常咬合力组水平相当。bFGF的表达水平与I型胶原mRNA的表达水平负相关。结论 bFGF的表达水平同I型胶原mRNA的表达水平有密切联系。咬合力增强bFGF的表达增强
【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this experiment is to study the dynamic change of the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in rat molar periodontal ligament (PDL),combined with other experiments to probe into the relation of the expression between bFGF and type I collagen mRNA.Methods Animal models were established by extracting left maxillary molars.Immunohistochemistry was applied.Results Under increased bite force,the expression of bFGF increased obviously from the first day to the first week,there were significant difference (P< 0.05 ),came back to normal bite force level at the second week.The expression level of bFGF had negative relation relationship with that of type Icollagen mRNA (P< 0.05 ).Conclusion The expression level of bFGF increased with bite force increasing.The expression of PDL type I collagen mRNA is closely related to the expression of bFGF.
