【摘要】 目的观察雷公藤内酯醇对佐剂性关节炎大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞与趋化因子(MCP-1)趋化作用的影响。方法以佐剂性关节炎大鼠模型为研究对象,应用雷公藤内酯醇(0.2～0.4mg/kg,腹腔注射1次/d,共5d)后,分离大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞,观察MCP-1对T淋巴细胞趋化作用,检测病变关节肿胀度、外周血肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)含量。结果雷公藤内酯醇在0.2～0.4mg/kg范围内能明显减轻佐剂性关节炎病变关节肿胀度,减少外周血TNF-α含量,显著抑制MCP-1对T淋巴细胞趋化作用。结论雷公藤内酯醇具有抑制MCP-1对佐剂性关节炎大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞趋化作用的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the inhibitory effects of Triptolid(TL)on the MCP-1 chemiotaxis to peripheral blood T-lympthocyte of adjuvant arthritis in rats.Method The modles of adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats were established.TL was given at does of 0.2～0.4 mg/kg.Peripheral blood T-lymphocyte was isolated from rats.Observing the MCP-1 Chemiotaxis to T-lymphocyte by using chemotaxis assay.Testing the level of TNF-α in blood of rats,measuring the paws swilling of rats.Results TL can reduce markedly level of TNF-α in blood,and inhibite remarkably MCP-1 chemiotaxis to peripheral blood T-lymphocyte in rats(P< 0.05,P< 0.01).Conclusion TL had a power of inhibit effects on the MCP-1 chemiotaxis blood T-lymphocyte of Adjurant-induced Arthritis in rats.更多还原
