【摘要】 目的评估简化成人哮喘生存质量量表(AQLQ)的信度、效度和反应度。方法将原7分制评分的AQLQ简化为5分制评分并用非双盲定群研究进行检验。结果26例病人参加了本次研究。相对稳定组病人2周中重复检测AQLQ总均分及各因子分,其相关系数均在0.85以上(P<0.001)。显示良好的重复性。AQLQ总均分及各因子分与SF36各因子评分、其他量表评分和他们之间评分变化经有较高的相关性,显示AQLQ有较好的校标效度和结构效应。相对稳定组与好转组、恶化组病人生存质量两次评分有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论本表有较好的信度、效度和反应度可应用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the predigesting questionnaire for asthma quality of life in adult.Method The study design was a 4 weeks openlable single cohort with assessments at 0,2 and 4 weeks,patients kept daily diaries of peak flow rates and medications in this phase.Result Twenty-six patients with symptomatic asthma were enrolled.The AQLQ was able to differentiate these patients from those who remained stable(P< 0.001),good reproducibility has been shown by test-retest in stable patients.There were significant cross-sectional and longitudinal correlation between asthma quality of life and other measures of both clinical asthma and generic quality of life.Conclusion The AQLQ has good measurement properties and that it is valid as both an evaluative and a discriminative instrument.更多还原
