【摘要】 目的观察中频电疗透入活络止痛酊并牵引治疗颈椎病的疗效及作用机制。方法 120例颈椎病人采用正弦调制中频透入自己研制的活络止痛酊并牵引进行综合治疗，另设中频并牵引组 80例、单纯牵引组 80例作对照。结果中频药物牵引组临床有效率 100％，中频并牵引组为 84％，单纯牵引组为 63％。结论中频透入活络止痛酊并牵引综合治疗，能显著提高临床疗效，缩短病程。其机制可能是 3者优势互补，起了协同作用，解除对神经的机械压迫，消除了化学炎症介质源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of traction and intermediate frequency penetration the invigorate net and relieve pain tincture.To probe into the mechanism of sythestical treatment.Method 120 cases were treated by traction and intermediate frequency penetrating the invigorate net and relieve pain tincture made by ourselves(combining treatment grovy).80 cases were treated by traction and intermediate frequency;80 cases were only treated by traction;The latter two groups were as control groups.Result The total effective rate of combining treatment group was 100％ ,the traction and intermediate frequency group was 84％ ,the traction group was 63％ .There were significantly superior to three groups(P<0.01).Combining treatment group VAS score and PPI were significantly superior to other groups.Conclusion Traction and intermediate frequency penetration the invigorate net and relieve pain tincture can increase the effect.shorten the course of treatment.The mechanism probably is coordinated by them.To relieve the depress on the spinal cord and nerves and eliminate inflammation source.更多还原
