【摘要】 目的探讨美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者 (CHF)的生存质量 (QOL)的影响。方法 50例 CHF患者随机分为两组，常规抗心衰治疗，治疗组加用美托洛尔，分别在治疗开始前、第 8周、第 24周测量心功能，采用问卷自答的方式，对 CHF患者治疗前后 QOL进行评定，并以 50例正常人为对照。结果 CHF患者 QOL较正常人明显降低；治疗 8周后， CHF患者 QOL均能得到改善，美托洛尔治疗组第 24周时心功能及 QOL较对照组有明显差异 (P< 0.05)。结论美托洛尔能显著提高 CHF患者的远期 QOL。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study was to assess the effect of metoprolol on quality of life in chronic heart failure(CHF).Method Fifty patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups.All patients were given conventional therapy for CHF,consisting of digitalis,diuretics,nitrates and ACE inhibitors.Patients in metoprolol group were given metoprolol 6.25～ 25 mg/d.The BP,HR,LIEF,six minutes walk testing were obsvered.All patients were asked to answer 6 serial questions referring to quality of life(QOL)on a selfdetermining inquiring sheet before and after the treatment.Fifty age－ matched normotensive subjects without chronic diseases served as control.Result Normal subjects appeared to have a better QOL in all respects than CHF patients in pretreatment assessment.CHF patients showed an improvement of QOL after treatment of 8 weeks.At the 24th week,the patients of metoprolol group showed a better QOL status control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol could improve long－ term QOL in CHF patients.更多还原
