【摘要】 目的改良双能X线吸收法(DEXA)测量股骨上段模拟髋关节置换手术前后的骨密度(BMD)，分析其分布规律及临床意义。方法12根新鲜股骨中上段模拟髋关节置换术，改良DEXA测量手术前后假体柄周边骨密度。结果改良DEXA法可以去除金属假体柄的干扰，定量分析股骨上段骨密度。股骨上段BMD的分布规律在不同标本、假体插入前后均相似。结论改良DEXA法可准确测定股骨上段假体周边骨密度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Using the modified DEXA method to measure the bone mineral density (BMD)around the stem of the femora and to understand its regularity and clinical significance.Methods Twelve fresh cadaver femurs were studied,the modified DEXA is used to measure BMD of the upper part of the femurs before and after the stem were inserted.Results With the modified DEXA method,the interference of the mineral stems was removed and a quantitative analysis could be made.BMD distribution of the upper part of femora was similar before and after implantation of a prosthesis.Conclusion The modified DEXA is a precise method to measure BMD around femoral implants.更多还原
