【摘要】 目的综合评价人工全髋关节置换术骨水泥和无骨水泥假体术后疗效。方法对 26例 (29髋 )患者进行随访，其中骨水泥组 13例 (14髋 )，无骨水泥组 13例 (15髋 )，并对术后病人进行综合性评价和分析。结果两组病人术后疗效及假体可能生存率，股骨近端广泛骨溶解无显著差异。结论无论骨水泥假体还是无骨水泥假体病人术后疗效相似，假体都没有达到理想固定的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate,comprehensively,the results following cemented and cementless total hip replacement(THR).Method a total of 26 cases(29 THRs) were followed up.Among 26 cases,13 patients(14 hips) had a cemented THR and the other 13 cases(15 hips) had a cementless THR.All the clinical outcomes were critically assessed and analyzed.Result There were no significant differences between cemented and cementless THR as regards to clinical outcomes,possible survivorship curve and the severity of osteolysis.Conclusion The longterm results following cemented THR are similar to cementless THR.Without or with cement to enforce the attachment,the effects of fixation are far from ideal.更多还原
