【Abstract】 According to the property of the microcomputer, this paper analyzes its thermal characteristics in wind cooling. Based on the fundamental theory of Numeric Heat Transfer, we use Finite Differential Method to solve this problem, with 3D temperature fields and velocity fields obtained. This analysis method and its results can be applied to thermal design and thermal analysis.更多还原
