壮医药线点灸对脾虚大鼠脑-肠轴β-内啡肽的影响
Effects of medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang traditional medicine on β-endorphin of brain-gut axis in treatment of model rats of spleen deficiency
【摘要】 目的 :探讨壮医药线点灸对实验性脾虚大鼠下丘脑、胃、小肠、血浆 (脑 -肠轴 )β-EP含量的影响。方法 :采用耗气破气加饥饱失常法对 12 0只 Wistar大鼠进行脾虚造模 ,模型动物随机分为壮医药线点灸治疗组、空线点灸对照组、中药四君子汤治疗对照组和模型自然恢复组。并设立正常健康对照。治疗前后采用放射免疫分析法检测脑 -肠轴上述四个部位的 β-EP水平。结果 :脾虚大鼠血浆和下丘脑内 β-EP的含量显著低于同期正常对照组 ,而胃和小肠组织 β-EP水平则明显高于正常对照组 ,P<0 .0 1。壮医药线点灸治疗后血浆和下丘脑内β-EP含量上升 ,而胃和小肠组织内β-EP水平下降 ,治疗前后比较差异有显著性 ,P均 <0 .0 5。结论 :壮医药线点灸对脾虚大鼠脑 -肠轴紊乱的 β-EP水平有调整作用。
【Abstract】 Objective: It is to discuss the effects of medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang traditional medicine (MTMZ) on β-endorphin (β-EP) of brain-gut axis which includes hypothalamus, stomach, intestines and plasma in the treatment of model rats of spleen deficiency. Methods: One hundred and twenty model Wistar rats of spleen deficiency were established with the methods of exhausting Qi, dissipating stagnant Qi and irregular diet. Then they were randomly divided into MTMZ group, non-medicated thread moxibustion group, SiJunZi decoction group and regaining naturally group. And normal control group was founded. The levels of β-EP in hypothalamus, stomach, intestines and plasma were measured with radioimmunoassay before and after treatment. Results: The levels of β-EP in plasma and hypothalamus of model rats were lower than those of normal control while those in stomach and intestines were higher than those of normal control (P<0.01). After treatment with MTMZ, the levels of β-EP in plasma and hypothalamus of model rats remarkably increased (P<0.05), while those in stomach and intestines decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: MTMZ has regulation effects on disorder of β-EP of model rats of spleen deficiency.
