【摘要】 目的：使中西医结合能更好地深入到现代医学助孕技术中。方法：笔者在 ＡＩＤ治疗中对 ３０例月经周期正常的无卵泡（５例）和小卵泡（２５例）不孕者来用中药促卵泡生成和成熟治疗 ６４周期。并以 Ｂ超、宫颈粘液评分（ＣＭＳ）作为主要监测手段。结果：有７３．３３％（２２／３０）病例和７５％（４８／６４）周期卵泡发育成熟排卵。配合ＡＩＤ治疗后有４３．３３％（１３／３０）病例和３１．７０％（１３／４１）周期妊娠。未发现流产、双（多）胎及其它副作用。结论：提示中药促卵泡成熟治疗在ＡＩＤ中应用具有高效、安全、无副作用等优点。值得进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: It is to applicate the traditional chinese and western medicine to the technique of aided production. Method: In the treatment of AID, the authors applicate chinese medicine to accelerate the follicular development for 30 infertile cases 64 cycles. There is no follicular five of them and small follicular 25 of them. The patients were monitored with Bultrasound, CMS. Results: The follicle was developed in 73.33% of the cases(23/33) and 75% (48/64) of the cycles, 43.33% cases were pregnancy. Conclusion: It suggested that chinese medicine to accelerate the follicular development was high effectiveness, safety, no side effect.更多还原
