【摘要】 目的：探讨超声诊断在中老年梗阻性黄疸病因中的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析５７例中老年梗阻性黄疸患者经手术、病理、ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ、随访证实的病例。结果：５７例中胆道肿瘤２３例，胰头及乏特氏壶腹肿瘤１０例，男性占６１％，女性占 ３９％。总胆管下段结石 ２３例，女性占 ７８％，男性占 ２２％。误诊３例、结论：超声在中老年梗阻性黄疸病因诊断及鉴别诊断中，具有肯定诊断价值及应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: It is to evaluate the ultrasonophy in diagnosis of obstructive jaundice in middle and elderly patierntis. Methods: 57 case of obstructive jaundice in middle and elderly patients andlyzed has been confimed and through surgery, pathological examination, CT, MRI and a series of clinical follow-up. Results: Study 57 patients, there were biliarg tract tumor in 23 case, caycinoma of the head of pancreas and ampulla of vater tumor 10 case, 61 % man, 39% woman. lower -segment choledocholithiasis in 23 case, 78% woman, 22% man. 3 case by misdiagnosed. Conclusion: Early diagnosis of obstuctive jaundice in middle and elderly is possible and practical by ultrasonography.更多还原
