【Abstract】 Current implementing tax rate for the imported PVC paste resin will be decreased from 16% to 6.5% within 5 years after WTO entry.This would create a significant influence on the domestic PVC paste resin industry,it means that market of China’s PVC paste resin is squeezed in many ways.Familiarization with WTO’s regulations,making good use of them,speeding up advances in sci technologies,readjusting product structure,breaking away from outdated traditional modes of thought and making great efforts to expand and dominate the market are the major measures to be adopted for the domestic PVC paste resin industry dealing with WTO entry.更多还原
