茶多酚乙醇水溶液提取过程及搅拌槽放大规律
Study on extraction process of tea-polyphenols and scale up law of agitating tank
【摘要】 研究了茶多酚乙醇水溶液提取过程中各因素对提取率的影响 ,确定最优工艺条件为 :乙醇质量分数 50 % ,溶剂用量 7ml/g,提取温度 60℃ ,提取时间 35min。通过冷、热模放大实验得出 ,茶多酚提取为内扩散过程 ,按临界悬浮转速放大是比较理想的放大方法。
【Abstract】 The effects of different factors on the extraction of tea polyphenols were studied by using mixed solvent composed of alcohol and water.The optimal conditions were mass percentage of alcohol 50%,solvent 7 ml/g,extracting temperature 60℃,and extracting time 35 min.The results show that the process is controlled by interior diffusion and critical suspension speed is an ideal magnification method.
