【Abstract】 We have studied on the extraction of haematachrome from impatiens balsamia and its physical and chemical properties.Results show that extracting with acid alcohol solution is the best method,which has such good characters as the solubility of the haematochrom and light resisting property after heated is good;citric acid,vitamins,cane sugar,sodium bicarbonate and common metad ions have little or no effect on the pigment;but hydrogen peroxide and sokium sulfite have much effect on it更多还原
