【Abstract】 Concession system was a great measure suggested by Lenin under special historical circumstances to strengthen and develop Soviet socialist economy.Lenin deeply expounded and proved the necessity and possibility of practising concession system and put forward the basic principles and policies of concession system.Deng Xiaoping’s theory of opening to the outside world has developed gradually from the practice of Chinese socialist construction.It has not only greatly enriched and developed Lenin’s thought of concession system,but also gained enormous achievements, which were not obtained by Lenin, in guiding our 20 years’ practice of opening to the outside world.As viewed from the history of human socialist practice and the development of Marxism,Deng Xiaoping’s theory of opening to the outside world is the inheritance and development of Lenin’s concession system.更多还原
